On October 16, the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region delivered his highly anticipated policy address, outlining a comprehensive vision for the city's future. The address focused on key initiatives aimed at revitalizing the economy, enhancing social welfare, and promoting sustainable development.
