Poman Lo is the Vice Chairman of Century City International Holdings Limited, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Regal Hotels International Holdings Limited, Founder and Managing Partner of AlphaTrio Capital, and Founder of Bodhi Love Foundation. She is also an Adjunct Professor of Management at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Poman holds the distinction of being the only person in Hong Kong to have received the “Hong Kong Outstanding Students Award,” “Outstanding Young Person Award of Hong Kong” and “Outstanding Young Person of the World Award.” In 2015, Poman became the first female Asian recipient of the Oslo Business for Peace Award, which recognizes business leaders who strive to improve society by creating value for all stakeholders in an ethical and responsible way. Since joining the family business in 2000, Poman has been a driving force in Regal Hotels International’s emergence as a sustainability leader in Hong Kong’s hospitality industry. In 2010, the iclub Wan Chai Hotel was established and became the first in Hong Kong to be granted carbon neutral status. Under her guidance as Vice Chairman and Managing Director in 2013,the hotel group’s commitment to the environment has continued to grow. In April 2022, Poman founded MetaGreen, the first green metropolis in the Sandbox metaverse, which aims to promote eco-friendly choices and foster a sustainable community to accelerate the transition to carbon net zero, also founded AlphaTrio sustainable technology fund to empower early-stage technology companies to deliver innovative solutions for the world’s most pressing environmental and social challenges. During the past decade, led by Poman’s triple bottom line philosophy that balances people, planet and profit, the hotel group has also backed several sustainable technology startups operating around the world, including impact investments in the fields of green tech, agri-foodtech, wellness tech, and fintech for financial inclusion.

Committed to a life immersed in music from a young age, Nina wrote her degree thesis 'Alternative Music Marketing in a Digital Age' before moving to London 25 years ago, where she pursued her passion and landed at Warner Music UK, eventually becoming Head of Media. The collapse of the music industry due to the transition from CD sales to digital downloads led to Nina moving into consulting at Accenture Marketing Sciences and then on to an international account director role at Initiative Media.
In 2009 Nina launched her brand of lifestyle supplement drinks Faust's Potions to keep music festival goers healthy and their hangovers in check.
Nina moved to Hong Kong in 2012, where she founded Faustian Asia, a music consultancy connecting music, people and brands in HK and South East Asia and Faustian Times artist management and bookings.

Norbyah is a high school Humanities teacher by day and a sustainable fashion influencer by night. As a child of teachers, she grew up in hand-me-downs and shopping in op shops and local markets. She's happiest wearing preloved or vintage and mixes prints in her sleep. On her journey to live more sustainably, she's focused much of her love of fashion on mindful consumption, which means getting more from the clothes she already owns. With every new season that rolls around, she encourages her Instagram followers to reach into their closets to interpret trends because she knows they're already there.

Jennifer Parks is the Chief Operating Officer for White & Case in Asia-Pacific and oversees the Firm's operations in Beijing, Hong Kong, Melbourne, Seoul, Shanghai, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo, and the Firm's association with Indonesian law Firm WCA, and also serves as President and advisor to the White & Case Global Operations Center in Manila.
In 2013, she and her husband landed in Hong Kong with their 2 year old so that she could start her role as APAC COO. 9 years, 2 more kids, and a dog later, they are still loving this great city. Jennifer chaired the Women of Influence committee for the American Chamber of Commerce for 6 years and now serves as a judge for their annual awards. She is active in Young Presidents Organization (YPO) as the Pan Asia Chapter's learning officer, runs speaker selection for TedXTinHauWomen, serves on the board of directors for Asian University of Women, and is enlightening male colleagues as a female ally for The Women’s Foundation this year. She loves paddle boarding, planning junk trips, and making friends with the many fascinating people she meets in Hong Kong.

Born in Hong Kong to a teen runaway and triad member, her humble beginnings have never held her back. Taking influence from her Chinese roots, Western education, making MTV music videos and the business of Sports, her work is as fast-paced, exciting and varied as she is.
