The roots of Pink Friday trace back to 2014 in Hong Kong, originating from a dedicated cohort of Goldman Sachs employees. Their collective vision was to manifest a workplace culture that embraced and supported LGBTQ inclusion. Since its inception, this initiative has organically spread its influence across diverse divisions and offices throughout the expansive landscape of Asia Pacific.
As we honor Pink Friday, we pay tribute to the ongoing efforts of these trailblazers who have tirelessly worked to foster environments where diversity thrives and where everyone's unique voice is not just heard, but valued.
