In collaboration with Akin, we proudly celebrate Pink Friday this year by shining a spotlight on individuals who have steadfastly championed the cause of inclusivity within their corporate realm.
The roots of Pink Friday trace back to 2014 in Hong Kong, originating from a dedicated cohort of Goldman Sachs employees. Their collective vision was to manifest a workplace culture that embraced and supported LGBTQ inclusion. Since its inception, this initiative has organically spread its influence across diverse divisions and offices throughout the expansive landscape of Asia Pacific. This year, we are honored to present an esteemed panel of LGBTQ+ leaders from diverse corporate backgrounds who will share their insights on fostering workplace environments where every voice is valued, and diversity thrives. The panel will be moderated by Akin associate Charis Ma.
