It is our pleasure to announce a Special Site Visit to the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) for AmCham members in the afternoon of July 15, 2014 (Tuesday). The event will include a short presentation on the development of the HKIA and their green initiatives followed by an airfield tour. Transportation and lunch will be provided.

AAHK coach departs from Airport for Admiralty
When registering, please put down your full English and Chinese (if applicable) names and your Passport or Hong Kong Identity Card number for the purpose of applying permit to the airfield. Please ensure the names are exactly the same as your Passport or Hong Kong Identity Card, otherwise entry to the airfield will not be allowed if discrepancy is found during on-site verification.
A reminder with further details will be emailed to the confirmed attendees on Monday, July 14.
As space is limited, it is essential to CONFIRM YOUR ATTENDANCE AND LUNCH IN ADVANCE by Wednesday, July 2.
