Refund Policy
Event Registration Policy:
- Cancellations must be provided in writing to: amchamevent@amcham.org.hk at least seven working days prior for events held inside the AmCham HK office.
- Registrations for events held outside the AmCham HK office are non-cancellable and non-refundable. No-shows will be charged.
- AmCham HK reserves the right to determine the eligibility of events for Hub Pass ticketing. Please note that certain special events, whether held within or outside of AmCham's Community Hub, may not be eligible for Hub Pass access. The decision regarding the inclusion or exclusion of specific events from Hub Pass benefits is at the sole discretion of AmCham HK and is subject to change without prior notice.
-AmCham HK is not responsible for members who are eligible for a Hub Pass purchasing a standard event ticket. In the event that a Hub Pass member purchases a standard ticket, please be advised that the amount paid will not be refunded.
- In the event of Typhoon Signal 8 (or above) or the Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted, all events will be cancelled. Registrants will be contacted separately regarding alternative arrangements.
