21st WOI Award Nomination Mixer

The WOI leaders and AmCham are thrilled to invite you to our upcoming nomination mixer on September 19th (Thursday), 6:00-8:00 PM, at the AmCham Community Hub.

We are also so excited to be joined by DragonFly360 Founder Pranapda Phornprapha Chirathivat who will share her personal journey as a woman leader and entrepreneur, why she created DragonFly360, and Why a healthy dose of "crazy" might be just what you need to lead effectively and sustainably in today's dynamic world. We'll discover why a leader needs to 'be well' in order to lead well - and why it matters.

Launched in 2003, Women of Influence (WOI) is a connected community of professional women representing a diverse range of cultures, ages, industries, and perspectives across Hong Kong, striving to promote women in leadership.

This year, AmCham celebrates our 21st Annual Women of Influence Summit & Awards, and the theme for this year-long celebration – "Beyond Boundaries: Accelerating Transformative Leadership" – will look at the importance of mentorship, allyship, and sponsorship in the journey of empowerment of women, and the steps we collectively need to take to achieve a more equitable world where women can not only get by, but get ahead.

The WOI Committee looks forward to re-engaging with many of the women who have been so invested in this initiative over the years, celebrating the progress of the women in Hong Kong, and building a new pathway forward.

The founder of Dragonfly and visionary entrepreneur, stands at the forefront of business leadership and personal wellness. She passionately champions the mission of LEAD WELL through Dragonfly, leading DEI initiatives and empowering leaders to prioritize personal wellness and inclusivity.
Raised in a Thai family immersed in a male-dominated business environment, Pam learned resilience early on and confronted the formidable challenges women face in breaking through corporate glass ceilings. Her career path led her into a variety of industries such as automobile manufacturing, where she often found herself as the lone woman among predominantly male business partners.
These experiences ignited Pam’s determination to dismantle barriers and cultivate a more inclusive corporate landscape. As she often reflects, "As leaders, we all go through challenges, and it's these challenges that make us stronger."
Beyond her entrepreneurial ventures, Pam holds pivotal roles as President of Siam Music Yamaha and EVP of Business Development at Siam Motors, and is the trailblazing force behind BF Fashion, Thailand's leading distributor of global luxury brands. Her global impact reverberates through engagements with the Canadian and Dutch Embassies, active participation in the APAC Summit 2022, and as a distinguished juror for the UN Women Asia-Pacific WEPs Awards.
Pam's journey stands testament to the resilience and holistic leadership at the heart of Dragonfly's LEAD WELL philosophy. This ethos harmoniously integrates personal growth with professional success, fostering environments where every individual – irrespective of gender or background – thrives and contributes to the greater good of society.

Belinda is the Managing Director Asia of The DO, an award winning social impact advisory with a mission to enable companies and individuals to thrive in a purposeful economy that is sustainable and innovative. Prior to joining The DO, Belinda founded a marketing consultancy, spearheaded the APAC community growth for a global tech community and led high-profile marketing campaigns for a “Big 4” female entrepreneur program. She is an experienced international facilitator and speaker and worked on numerous content pieces including work with UNICEF Philippines and one of the leading green think tanks from Germany.

Passionate about female empowerment, building communities and making a change, she is the Co-Founder and Chair of Women in Tech APAC, a committee member of TEDxTinHauWomen, and a co-host for #impact - a podcast featuring people making a social impact.

A bilingual (German, Cantonese) Austrian native with Chinese roots she previously lived in Spain, Australia and The Philippines.

With an undergraduate degree in Anthropology and Linguistics from NYU and after a four-year solo trip around the world, Chelsea Perino first discovered her love for advertising in Cape Town, South Africa. There, Chelsea spent two years running all things marketing related for an experiential marketing startup, before returning to New York to complete her MA in Public and Organizational Relations.

Since then Chelsea has worked in advertising both in New York and most recently in Seoul, South Korea, leading digital strategy for a global mobile communications brand. Now based in Hong Kong, Chelsea is the Managing Director, Global Marketing & Communications at The Executive Centre, Asia’s leading premium flexible workspace provider.

Chelsea is passionate about organizational culture and believes that creating a dynamic and collaborative working experience positively affects team morale, productivity, and fosters community. Through a newly developed global marketing strategy and complete re-brand, her goal is to establish The Executive Centre as the leader in workspace experience, community and corporate-culture facilitation.
