Calling all [S]Heroes! We have a full agenda for our upcoming meeting on September 11th, 2020 (12:30pm HKT-2:00pm) including a sneak preview of the WOI Conference Agenda and how you can register to join the first of its kind global [S]Heroes Conference (November 13, 2020).

In our final lead up to the WOI Conference we would like to introduce the work of a few of Hong Kong's finest SHeroes (and Heroes). Join us for an exciting 90 minutes of speed learning featuring:

Tania Leger and Yau Boon Lim, both Senior Partners at Lim-Loges & Masters (a Hong Kong firm that specialize in Disruption Management, Executive Search and Transition Management) will share highlights from their "Leading in Complexity with Diversity" seminar for teaching female leaders how they can thrive in new normal of complexity. Come listen in on their coffee chat on how they view the challenges of complexity both at the level of the organization in the new business environment as well as at the level of individual relationships between members of the organization.

Peggy Choi, CEO and Founder, and Kimberley Cole, Global Head of Sales and Marketing of Lynk Global, a Knowledge Platform. Peggy started the Hong Kong based company in 2015 with an ambition to transform how investment and professional services could create a knowledge advantage. Her background and use of expert networks at Goldman Sachs, TPG and Silverlake inspired the journey to both disrupt and build an innovative, game changing platform. As the head of sales and marketing globally, Kimberley is focused on executing the mission to democratize access to knowledge and challenging the 'traditional' expert network business model by leveraging proprietary technology and the skills of a highly skilled and diverse team. Peggy and Kimberley will share a few of their own career highlights that lead them to Lynk, and also share a few details on their knowledge network, including information on how they "recruit" new expertise to join their platform. (*HINT: all WoI Committee members are encouraged to apply!)

Karen Seymour, Chief Purpose Officer, human at work. In this role she is responsible for helping leaders and their teams activate purpose to create high performance organizations, humans who thrive, and a better world. She formerly led the Li & Fung Foundation and community engagement at the Fung Group of companies, spearheading the launch of purpose, leading global campaigns and events, and mobilizing stakeholders worldwide to be a force for good. She has built a career spanning over 25 years as an agile leader with diverse experience at large companies and startups, in industries including financial markets, supply chain, media, philanthropy and wellness. Her own purpose journey has been forged through decades of serving in communities, seeing and experiencing social needs, sparking awareness and action, and witnessing the transformative power of purpose when hearts and minds are tapped for good. She is a regular speaker and subject matter expert on purpose and social impact. Karen will tell us how we can each activate our purpose and become better humans at work.
