Customers can make your life misery at the drop of a hat, marketing campaigns and company announcements can easily backfire in full public view, aggrieved employees and vindictive competitors can spread malicious rumors anonymously, Twitter, Facebook and Change.org are the new front lines of social, environmental and political activism. 
Drawing on many years and consulting mining the seam where communication, reputation, the internet and social media meet, Charlie Pownall will share tried and tested strategies and practical tips on how to protect and defend your name and image online.
