Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Mr. Bjorn Turmann is the founding director of SpeakingEnergy, a strategic story consultancy based in Hong Kong. A former Microsoft executive, Mr. Turmann was a key member of the team that helped to make PowerPoint the standard corporate communications tool back in the 1990s. Mr. Turmann is the author of four books including three novels and an internationally acclaimed book on public speaking. He is the co-founder of a twice-Oscar nominated production facility, The Embassy Visual Effects ('District 9” and 'Iron Man”) and the writer/creator of a television sitcom and an animated feature film that are both currently in development.
