Today, Hong Kong online shoppers are seeking for more control over purchase delivery than ever before.
However, among all the markets surveyed, UPS has found that Hong Kong consumers have the lowest satisfaction level regarding their online shopping experience. What are the reasons behind this low satisfaction level? What do the online shoppers value instead?
