    Analyst at The Economist Intelligence Unit

    Michael Frank is an analyst with The Economist Intelligence Unit's public policy consulting practice based in Hong Kong. As part of his work managing research programs for Asia-based clients, he has experience supporting technology companies’ strategic initiatives in the region. Michael has worked on engagements covering topics such as scenario-based forecasting of machine learning; international best practices and influence in technology policymaking; and the roles of infrastructure, human capital and industry connectivity in advancing digital transformation in Asia.

    Michael holds a Master’s degree in public policy from the University of Chicago, and a BA in international relations and economics from Colgate University.
