COVID-19 is still with us, but Hong Kong and the world are entering into a new phase of managing the virus while getting back to work. This is a more hopeful phase, but challenges remain. For many of our members, restrictions and quarantines associated with international travel create personal hardship and difficulties retaining and attracting talent. Under the new Biden Administration, US-China relations remain subject to turbulence, and Hong Kong can appear as a flash button issue from time to time. The international business environment in Hong Kong is one of opportunity, although in the past few years, the city has experienced political and legal changes and the attendant uncertainty such change can cause.
Please join a fireside chat with Bernard Chan, Convenor of the Non-Official Members of the Executive Council, Hong Kong SAR, on the future of Hong Kong in the new normal and share your thoughts and recommendation for HKSAR leadership's consideration.
