Following a successful Future of Work 2.0 Week, we would like to reconvene the FOW Committee to share event feedback and discuss next steps for the committee.

    Jennifer Van Dale is a Partner at Eversheds Sutherland, where she heads the data privacy and employment teams. She serves as trusted counsel to multinational clients on many workforce and cybersecurity issues. Jennifer regularly conducts training and advises on termination, remuneration, workforce planning and equal opportunities issues. She focuses on the future of work, smart cities and is currently writing about the technological choices we make as individuals and as a community.

    Jennifer is recognized as one of Hong Kong’s leading employment lawyers and is ranked in the top tier by Legal 500 Asia Pacific and Chambers Asia Pacific. Jennifer graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Chinese and from the University of Hong Kong with an LL.B (first class) and P.C.LL.

    Helen Colquhoun is triple qualified in New York, England and Wales, and Hong Kong. She advises employers across a range of industries on both contentious and non-contentious employment issues such as investigations, restrictive covenants, risk management, acquisitions, restructuring, managing employee hiring and terminations, design of incentive schemes, and drafting contracts and handbooks. Helen frequently advises overseas employers on their operations in Hong Kong, including in relation to sensitive and/or C-suite terminations, secondments, dual contracts, enforcement of restrictive covenants, investigations and general HR matters. Helen also routinely oversees regional APAC projects that require advice on local law nuances, trends and approaches on a range of issues, including restructurings, policy roll outs and outsourcing arrangements. As a triple qualified employment lawyer with over 16 years' experience, Helen is well-placed to provide a single source of advice for clients who require advice in more than one jurisdiction.

She firmly believes that the power of design stretches far beyond aesthetics to support an organization’s business objectives, including talent attraction and retention.

    As a strong workplace activist, Aurelie also advocates M Moser’s dynamic, flexible, driven, and knowledge-hungry culture internally to empower future leaders and support our next generation of global talent. She is originally from France and was raised in Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia and Mainland China. She has a bachelor’s degree from McGill University and a Double Masters from Peking University and the London School of Economics.
