Various decentralized office submarkets are emerging in Hong Kong and will provide occupiers with cost effective options outside of Central, Wan Chai / Causeway Bay and Tsim Sha Tsui. These emerging office submarkets, with rents only a quarter of the CBD are just a few MTR stops away from Central. Travelling distance will continue to shorten as infrastructure continues to improve.

Not all decentralized submarkets, however, will emerge to form a premier location for decentralized offices. Amongst all, Kowloon East possesses all the attributes in leading office submarkets and best-equipped to become a future CBD of Hong Kong. Kowloon East is no more a submarket just for back offices. It has developed over years and is now a feasible and popular submarket to run large offices.

This event provides a high-level of details of the future Kowloon East CBD and explains the reasons why it has great potential to outperform the other emerging office submarkets.

First 15-20 minutes is for networking
