Andrea Cheung is an associate in Morrison Foerster’s Hong Kong office. Her practice focuses on investigation and dispute resolution matters for multinational and Asia-based companies. Andrea has experience in investigating allegations of corruption, fraud, and other business misconduct in China.
Andrea has also assisted in contentious proceedings and arbitration-related matters in Hong Kong and overseas.
Prior to obtaining her law degree, Andrea worked as a Consultant in the Global Risk and Investigations Practice of a global consulting firm, conducting discreet due diligence, fraud investigations, and asset searches in collaboration with the firm’s Forensic Accounting and Litigation Group.
Andrea is fluent in English and Cantonese, and proficient in Mandarin.

Mike Kung is Executive Director, Senior Counsel, Senior Compliance Officer and co-head of the Hong Kong LGBTQ+ Network at Goldman Sachs. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, he was in private practice with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and began his career at Shearman & Sterling. Mike is a co-founder of the Hong Kong LGBT+ Attorneys Network and has been a co-chair of its Executive Committee since inception in 2013. Mike received his J.D. from University of California, Berkeley School of Law; MPhil in Politics from University of Oxford; and B.A in Politics from University of California, San Diego. In 2020, Chambers Diversity & Inclusion Awards named Mike as LGBTQ+ In-House Lawyer of the Year and in 2024, International Financial Law Review honored Mike with its APAC In-House Contribution Award.

Lisa is a legal and compliance counsel with over 20 years of experience in the digital finance sector. She is the founder and managing consultant of her own legal consulting company, where she provides bespoke legal and regulatory compliance solutions to digital finance businesses, with a focus on Web3 and payments.
Lisa has extensive knowledge of regulatory issues around digital payment business and experience working in a highly regulated industry. She has successfully handled regional and international cross border businesses, and is adept at navigating complex regional and cultural environments. She is also a passionate volunteer and leader in the LGBTQ+ community, serving as the head of external affairs at Alongside Limited and the co-chair and general counsel at Gay Games 11 Hong Kong 2023.

Marc Rubinstein is the General Counsel and a Managing Director of the APL group, a private investment firm founded in Asia and investing globally focused on real estate, renewable energy, digital infrastructure and venture capital. He has been in Asia since 1997, having been based in Korea, Japan and Hong Kong where he is currently located. Prior to working at APL, Marc was at the law firms Heller Ehrman in San Francisco, Kim & Chang in Seoul, Korea and Milbank in Hong Kong. He then spent seven years in finance at Lehman Brothers and Nomura in Tokyo and Hong Kong. Marc is a co-founder of the Hong Kong LGBT+ Attorneys Network and has been a co-chair of its Executive Committee since inception in 2013. He previously co-founded and co-chaired the Lehman Brothers Gay & Lesbian Network, Asia, Chaired the Nomura LGBT Network in Hong Kong and was one of the original founders of the Tokyo and Hong Kong LGBT Interbank forums. Marc is also on the Board of Directors of AIDS Concern, the longest running and leading HIV focused NGO in Hong Kong.

Henry is a transgender man who was refused a male HKID by the Hong Kong Government. As a result, Henry filed a judicial review in 2017 to challenge the Government on its current coercive policy on full sex reassignment surgery and eventually won his case in February 2023. He uses himself as a vehicle to push the Government to enact gender recognition legislation for the better lives of the transgender community.
As a LGBT+ activist, Henry has extensive experience in engaging various stakeholders, and sharing his story and other LGBT+ subjects locally and overseas. In 2020, he
founded Transgender Equality Hong Kong.
Henry is the 2018 Community Business Transgender Inclusion Champion, a 2023 TIME Next Generation Leader, a 2023 Tatler Gen.T Honouree, the recipient of the 2023 Prism Award issued by the Hong Kong Gay and Lesbian Film Festival, and a Pam Baker Human Rights Scholar of the LLM (Human Rights) Programme at the University of Hong Kong.
