Mr. Perry Lam  is the Founder and Chief Excellence Officer of the LAM Institute established in Hong Kong in 2002.  He is accredited as a 'Storytelling For Leaders(R)' Facilitator and Coach and travels regularly thorough Asia, Europe and North American based on his client's needs. In addition, he is also a Curator and Speaker Coach for TEDx Hong Kong.
Mr. Lam's passion is working with Leaders and their teams throughout Asia in his crusade to heighten their overall 'Leadership Communications' and 'Executive Presence'through effective Business Storytelling and Communications.

Mr. Lam has wealth of Corporate experience holding country and regional leadership roles with DHL and Xerox in a number of countries in Asia including Hong Kong, Korea, Japan and China.
Mr. Lam is a graduate of the College of William & Mary and has attended Executive Programs at Wharton, Columbia and Cranfield School of Management.

Diana Wu David is the author of Future Proof: Reinventing Work in the Age of Acceleration, a book about how to adopt more agile mindsets and practices to prepare yourself for success in a fast-changing world, across a 100-year life. Diana is an adjunct professor of leadership at Columbia Business School's EMBA Global Asia and for the Financial Times Non-Executive Director Diploma. A former Financial Times executive, Diana now works with CEOs and board directors to enhance their leadership agility, influence, collaboration and resilience. Her clients have included the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, the World Bank, Expedia, Asia Development Bank and Credit Suisse. She began her career and leadership education as an assistant to Dr. Henry Kissinger.
