The Workplace Wellness session will feature panel discussions that cover a macro perspective on wellness, as well as individual approaches to well-being in the workplace. Experts will explore organizational strategies and initiatives aimed at promoting employee wellness, including creating a supportive work environment and implementing work-life balance policies. The panel will also delve into individual well-being, focusing on financial, physical, and mental aspects, and discussing resources and programs organizations can offer to support each dimension. Attendees can expect to gain valuable insights and actionable strategies to enhance workplace wellness and foster a thriving, healthy workforce.

Mukta is a Human Resources Professional with 26+ years of experience in multiple industries and locations in APAC.
Starting her career with Essar group in Mumbai, India, after completing Masters in Management Studies, she worked in Tata TD Waterhouse Securities/Tata TDW Asset Management, before joining Ogilvy and Mather as Talent Head for Mumbai, Advertising. In 2006, she joined Societe Generale in Mumbai as Head of HR for India and has been with them for the last 18+ years.
She worked in Hong Kong as Regional Head of Talent Development and Inclusion since 2010 and as Head of HR for SEA for Societe Generale in Singapore for 4 years, before being appointed as the CHRO for Societe Generale, APAC, now based in Hong Kong.
She is a Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by International Coaching Federation. She is also a Global Fellow in Talent Management by Wharton University and a Global Talent Management Leader with certification in Diversity and Inclusion, MBTI, FIRO B, Experiential Learning, HR Audit, Competency Mapping and Leadership Development.
She is a published author with 4 books till now- Wanton Thoughts, 3:15 PM- Musings in Hong Kong, Whimsical Times and Criss Cross- A Medley of Thoughts.
She is based in Hong Kong and is fluent in English and Hindi.

Henry is an internationally experienced psychologist and executive coach, with a track record of successfully transforming CEOs and senior executives across Asia, Africa, Europe, the U.S. and Australia. His experience provides him with exceptional insights into the challenges of optimal human performance in a global context.
The various roles Henry has successfully assumed in his 25-year-long career – ranging from being a combat officer in the South African Defence Force to heading up global Selection for Standard Chartered Bank – have given him the ability to relate to people at all corporate levels and from all business sectors. His psychology training ensures added depth and understanding through the use of cutting-edge assessments and psychological approaches. In addition, as Fellow and two-time former president of the Hong Kong Psychological Society, Henry’s maturity and credibility makes him perfectly suited for engaging with senior executives and boards.
Henry is passionate about helping individuals teams and organisations to achieve their full potential. During his tenure with an international assessment consultancy, SHL, he managed the Greater China consulting business, assessing, coaching and advising senior leaders in Hong Kong, China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan and Australia. While heading up global selection for Standard Chartered Bank, Henry implemented a global selection strategy that became one of the bank’s competitive advantages. More recently, Henry has designed and delivered a CEO transition coaching solution for an international asset management business and helped executive teams in various industries to unleash their potential through team and individual coaching.
Henry’s main areas of expertise include executive coaching, training and supervising professional coaches, leadership transformation, psychological assessment, and organisational development. Andrew Cox is a Co-Founder, owner and Director of Joint Dynamics Ltd, Hong Kong. An experienced trainer, health coach and educator in health, fitness, and high performance, Andrew's expertise ranges from reactive health to proactive health and high level performance working with executive level corporates, Mixed Martial Artists (MMA), and “general population”, incorporating movement practices, science based programming, nutrition, breathe-work, and other performance enhancing lifestyle behaviours.

Andrew works comprehensively with individuals, teams and corporations on the above
mentioned areas and has been doing so in the Asia pacific regions for more than eighteen years.

Andrew is a sought after speaker and educator. He has presented at many of the Asian fitness
conventions, given corporate health and performance workshops to many of the leading financial organisations in Asia, and also working with luxury high end resort chains as a consultant, retreat leader and visiting practitioner.

Nicole is the co-founder of Sophia, Asia’s only female-focused financial education platform for the financial services sector and corporates and their female employees and customers. Prior to her current ventures, Nicole spent 12 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she worked on Capital Markets Advisory services across Europe and Asia. She has also actively contributed to women's empowerment initiatives, having served on the Australian Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Committee and the Women Entrepreneurs Network Board and is a regular speaker on women and their money. Nicole most recently won Tatler’s Front & Female Award 2023 for empowering women in HK.

Rupert is Senior Managing Director for PageGroup’s Greater China business.
After graduating, Rupert spent five years in technical and commercial positions in the industrial sector. On joining Michael Page in the UK, Rupert was responsible for setting up our industrial practices, relocating to China in 2011.
After moving to China, based in Beijing and Shanghai, Rupert led various businesses for the Group, focusing on delivering the right culture, local leadership depth and operational capability, in order to deliver the best possible customer experience.
Under his leadership, PageGroup’s mainland China business grew rapidly and today consists of specialists with coverage across most corporate functions and industry sectors for executive to management level hiring. Services it offered include search & selection, interim/contracting solutions and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO).
In July 2023, Rupert relocated to Hong Kong with his family, taking on an expanded role as the leader of Greater China.

Sylvia graduated with a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney, Australia,
in 2000. She has been practicing in Hong Kong for more than 20 years, specializing mainly in
diabetes, cardiac rehabilitation, weight management, other obesity related conditions, and eating
disorders. Sylvia has been the Chairperson of the Hong Kong Dietitians Association (HKDA) from
2007 to 2019, the External Affair Officer of HKDA in 2019 to 2021, actively promoting Hong Kong’s
dietitian profession. Currently, she is the Chairperson of the Professional Council of the Hong Kong
Academy of Accredited Dietitians (HKAAD), the country representative of Hong Kong of the
International Confederation of Dietetics (ICD), the council member of the Hong Kong Association of
Sports Medicine and Sport Science (HKASMSS) and the Hong Kong Obesity Society (HKOS).
She often provides nutrition seminars to local and international conferences, corporate companies,
schools, and academic institutions. She is also a reputable spokesperson for the dietetic profession
providing accurate and up-to-date nutrition education and information to the general public
through newspapers, television, and radio programs. Besides, she published more than 10 nutrition
cookbooks, including sports nutrition, therapeutic diet for people with diabetes and heart diseases,
weight management, nutrition support for cancer patients, vegetarianism, infant and child
nutrition, and more.
