Digital Transformation: Does it matter if you are tech savvy or come from a more challenged industry? The secret to digital transformation success in 2020

2020 was an unexpected year of digital acceleration in all businesses. This keynote discussion will focus on the essence of digital transformation in either tech savvy or challenged industries with real experience and examples on how to repeat the success.

We will also discuss priority pillars and event updates.

Connie Cheung
Director, Digital Product Group of PwC China and Hong Kong
Connie Cheung is currently a Director of PwC Digital Product Group, leading how PwC transform to serve clients with the power of innovation and in-house developed software. Prior to PwC, she was Head of Watson Customer Engagement and SaaS transformation at IBM and led several transformational business and initiatives in the company, like cloud technology, innovation ecosystem and AI Solutions in China and the US. Previously, Connie started her career as investment banker at Credit Agricole and investment management at Fidelity in Hong Kong. She had extensive experience in Asian financial industry. She received an MBA degree focus on digital and product strategy from MIT Sloan.
