Mukul Deoras
President at Colgate-Palmolive Asia Pacific LimitedMukul Deoras has almost four decades of experience leading consumer product businesses across the globe. He is currently based in Hong Kong and is the President of Colgate-Palmolive Asia Pacific covering major countries like China, India, Australia and South East Asia.
Previously Mukul was the Global Chief Marketing Officer for the company based in New York from 2015 to 2018. Mukul joined Colgate-Palmolive in 2004 and worked as General Manager of the business in Thailand and subsequently relocated to New York to take over the role of Vice President and General Manager of Global Personal Care business. In 2010 Mukul moved to India to head the India and South Asia business and later in 2012 he took on the role of President of Asia based in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Colgate-Palmolive Mukul was with Unilever India from 1984 to 2004 and held leadership roles of increasing responsibility.
Mukul is the Chairman of the Board of Colgate-Palmolive (India) Ltd - a publicly listed company in India - and also serves as a Board member of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, a NYSE listed leading global hospitality company. He holds a Post Graduate degree from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India.
Nneka Chike-Obi

Before joining Fitch in 2020, Nneka worked in emerging markets’ impact investing and private equity at Acorus Capital in Hong Kong and AgDevCo in London, focusing on the natural resources and industrial sectors in sub-Saharan Africa. She previously worked as a commodities analyst at ICAP and Barclays Capital.

She has authored a book on investing in H-shares, a Harvard Business case, a chapter in CFA Society Hong Kong’s 30th anniversary book “Rise from Crises”, and a positive psychology book ‘Tall Miracles’.
Mark Harper
Group Head of Sustainability at John Swire & Sons (H.K.) LimitedMr Mark Harper has worked for around 20 years in the field of corporate sustainability. As Group Head of Sustainability at Swire, Mr Harper is responsible for managing the Group Sustainable Development Office, and leading on the design, execution and performance monitoring of global corporate strategy for sustainability for the Swire Group, and on acting as the lead change agent in driving improved sustainability performance and best practices, with a view to further embed sustainability into overall business strategy for Swire.
Prior to taking up the Group Head of Sustainability role, Mr Harper had worked at John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Ltd. for over seven years, where he was responsible for managing the Group’s ESG disclosures as well as advising operating companies on their own ESG submissions. In addition to his work on ESG ratings, Mr Harper was also responsible for advising the Group on policy and strategy development, particularly in the areas of climate resilience, biodiversity and sustainable waste management. He also sits on the Board of Business Environment Council, the Executive Committee of the Drink Without Waste working group and is Vice Chair of the Environment and Energy Committee of the British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.
Mr Harper has extensive experience of ESG disclosure standards such as GRI and the Hong Kong Exchange ESG Reporting Guide, as well as conducting sector focused benchmarking studies, corporate environmental management, as well as organising hands-on corporate citizenship and CSR training programmes.
Before joining John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Ltd., Mr Harper worked in a number of senior management roles at high profile NGOs including the Earthwatch Institute, Fauna & Flora International, China Water Risk, and Business Environment Council, where he was responsible for managing the organisations advisory services on ESG reporting and corporate sustainability strategy development.

Edwin Keh
Chief Executive Officer at The Hong Kong Research Institute of Textiles and ApparelMr Edwin Keh is the CEO of The Hong Kong Research Institute of Textiles and Apparel. He also teaches supply chain operations in the Operations, Information and Decisions Department of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Until April 2010 Edwin was the SVP COO of Wal-Mart Global Procurement. Prior to Wal-Mart Edwin managed a consulting group that has done work for companies on supply chain, manufacturing, and product design. The practice also did work for non-profit organizations and charities. Edwin co-founded the Consortium for Operational Excellence in Greater China (COER GC) sponsored by the Wharton School and Tsinghua University.
Edwin had a career as senior executive with several international consumer goods and retail companies. He also worked for the United Nations High Commission for Refugees.
Edwin is on the advisory board of multiple social enterprises, research organizations, and NGOs and served on the Board of Whittier College, CA and the Expert Panel of H&M Foundation’s Global Change Award.
Edwin was awarded the Medal of Honor in 2020 by the HKSAR Government for his research work during the pandemic. Lena Wong
Founder and Executive Director of Hong Kong Momtrepreneurs LimitedLena brings with her a combined experience in finance and social impact. Graduated from Simon Fraser University, Canada with her BBA in Finance and Marketing, she started her career as a financial analyst in Hong Kong. Following that she served in number of asset management firms specializing in serving HNWI and institutional clients then she further herself by obtaining the qualification as a CFA charterholder.
With the arrival of her first child, Lena decided to invest the first few years focusing on the family and eventually landed herself into the social innovation space by founding Hong Kong Momtrepreneurs, a non-profit organization that empowers mothers to continue having their venture. She has also later founded a new venture Womentors to build better workplaces for companies and professional women. Alongside her consultancy business, she is also leading the pre career initiatives for 100 Women in Finance in Hong Kong. Myriam Mwizerwa
Head of Office at International Organization for Migration - UN MigrationMyriam Mwizerwa is the Head of the UN Migration, IOM Hong Kong SAR, China Sub-Office where she leads a dynamic team committed to supporting diverse migrant populations and the communities wherein they live. Current priorities include: promoting Business and Human rights and ethical recruitment of migrant workers; strengthening access to justice for exploited persons; facilitating safe movement of vulnerable migrants; and continuing engagement with public and private sectors to realize the many positive benefits of labour migration. As a strategic and experienced leader, Myriam works with governments, civil society and the private sector to collaboratively design and deliver innovative programs to strengthen responsible business and eliminate human trafficking, modern slavery and forced labour.
Myriam’s work is grounded in fourteen years of global and technical experience in Asia, Europe, Africa and the USA. Prior to joining IOM in Hong Kong SAR, Myriam was with IOM in London, UK where she managed labour migration projects across four countries in Europe with strong collaboration with the local government, NGOs and the private sector.
Debra Tan
Director and Head of China Water RiskTan heads CWR, a non-profit that aims to “mainstream” water and climate risks into financial decision-making and corporate strategies. She steered CWR from an idea into a leader in the water risk space globally. Today, CWR’s pioneering work on assessing and valuing risk exposure to acute water risks as well as rising chronic risks such as freshwater scarcity and coastal threats, can be found on TCFD’s Knowledge Hub, highlighted by the IFRS’s CDSB Application Guidance for Water-Related Disclosures and featured in Palgrave MacMillan textbooks amongst others.
Besides multiple report/project collaborations with financial institutions to unpack sector water risks, her thought leadership on “waternomics” is published by Nature Springer; she is a also contributing author to the latest IPCC 6th Assessment Report: Climate Change 2022: Impacts, Adaptation and Vulnerability. Tan is a prolific speaker on water risks and water security delivering keynotes, participating in panel discussions at water prize seminars, numerous investor & industry conferences as well as G2G and academic forums.
Before venturing into the world of water, Tan worked in finance, spending over a decade as a chartered accountant and investment banker specializing in M&A and strategic advisory. She spends her spare time exploring glaciers in Asia.
Mike Thomas
Managing Director of The Lantau GroupMike Thomas is a Founding Partner and the Managing Director at The Lantau Group, an economic consultancy focusing on the energy sector in the Asia Pacific region. For the past three decades, Mike’s consulting work has centred around the intersection of regulation and competition in the energy sector. He works with stakeholders throughout the region on matters involving commercial transactions, regulation and market design, strategy, and economic evidence in commercial, competition, and regulatory disputes. Prior to co-founding The Lantau Group, Mike headed the Asia Pacific Energy & Environment practice of a global consulting firm and was based in Wellington, New Zealand for ten years. He moved to Hong Kong in 2007 and co-founded The Lantau Group in 2010. He began his consulting career in the United States where he worked for 10 years with a firm that, among other things, specialised in energy sector transformation and the introduction of competition in energy markets.

Robin Kennish

Prior to joining the DSI, Pamela was Executive Vice President for Supply Chain Futures, and then EVP for Knowledge and Applications for the Fung Group, a Hong Kong based multinational supply chain manager where she was also the first Group head of Sustainability. She was named one of Asia’s ten A-list sustainability leaders in 2019, and is a recognized industry leader in this area. Prior to moving to Hong Kong, Pamela was based in Shenzhen, China, as a Director of Global Finance for TCL Multimedia Technology, the first major Chinese company to go global by buying a major foreign brand.
Prior to TCL, Pamela ran Greater China for the World Economic Forum, based in Geneva for five years. Pamela was born in New York and went to university in the USA, but has spent the majority of her life abroad. Jessica Chan
Head of Sustainability at MTR CorporationJessica is the Head of Sustainability of MTR Corporation responsible for formulating sustainability strategies and driving sustainability initiatives for the company. She developed a corporate Climate Change Strategy and leads regular review of climate risks and controls for different business units. Recently, she has formulated a long-term decarbonisation roadmap and science-based carbon reduction targets for MTR, as well as developing a set of key performance indicators to gauge and drive the company’s sustainability performance.
Jessica is a seasoned sustainability professional with over 25 years of experience in environmental and corporate sustainability. Yongping Zhai
