Michael Moriarty is the managing director of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (HKDL). He is responsible for the overall management of the theme park and its three resort hotels, creating magical memories for guests from all over the world, while driving strategies that deliver business growth.

Michael brings 14 years of experience working for The Walt Disney Company in a variety of senior roles, including Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for HKDL and other areas of Disney’s parks, experiences and products segment.

As the CFO, Michael was responsible for driving revenue and operating income from 2009 through 2012, during the first major expansion of the resort which brought the addition of popular developments, including Grizzly Gulch, Mystic Point and Toy Story Land.

Most recently, he served as the managing director of Hasbro Far East and senior vice president of Global Sourcing for Hasbro Hong Kong. In this role, he drove significant business transformation and growth strategies, helping establish Hasbro as a global hub for toy and game product development, quality, sourcing, supply chain, and corporate social responsibility across nine countries and regions.

A Hong Kong resident since 2006, Michael is actively involved in the local business community. He recently served on the board of directors for Fair Employment Agency and he and his family are active volunteers with local NGO’s.

Michael is a graduate of Lehigh University in the United States, where he holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a master’s degree in Business Administration. He is married with two children.

Myriam Mwizerwa is the Head of the UN Migration, IOM Hong Kong SAR, China Sub-Office where she leads a dynamic team committed to supporting diverse migrant populations and the communities wherein they live. Current priorities include: promoting Business and Human rights and ethical recruitment of migrant workers; strengthening access to justice for exploited persons; facilitating safe movement of vulnerable migrants; and continuing engagement with public and private sectors to realize the many positive benefits of labour migration. As a strategic and experienced leader, Myriam works with governments, civil society and the private sector to collaboratively design and deliver innovative programs to strengthen responsible business and eliminate human trafficking, modern slavery and forced labour.
Myriam’s work is grounded in fourteen years of global and technical experience in Asia, Europe, Africa and the USA. Prior to joining IOM in Hong Kong SAR, Myriam was with IOM in London, UK where she managed labour migration projects across four countries in Europe with strong collaboration with the local government, NGOs and the private sector.

Dana Chaput is a partner in KPMG China’s Finance Consulting Practice and ESG Reporting Leader for KPMG Hong Kong. Originally from Toronto, Canada – Dana helps companies with the interpretation and application of various ESG Reporting Frameworks, including CSRD, ISSB and TCFD, as well as how those frameworks are being adopted by local regulators such as HKEX. As companies look to upgrade their ESG reporting systems, Dana helps design the roles and responsibilities, processes and technology to enable compliance with the new standards – as well as how to rationalize and align with financial reporting wherever possible.

Mary is a distinguished advocate and speaker for a range of capital markets-related topics, including fund raising, shareholder rights, corporate governance, diversity, sustainability, and ESG. She has over 20 years of experience in the global financial industry, with expertise in corporate finance, wealth management advisory and institutional fund management, having worked at institutions such as UBS and Coutts.

Prior to her current role as a Senior Advisor at CFA Institute, Mary served as Head of Policy, Registration and Oversight at the Accounting and Financial Council, the independent audit and accounting regulator in Hong Kong. In that role, she was responsible for policy development and the delivery of statutory functions relating to the registration of audit practitioners, and the oversight of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. From 2016 to 2022, she was Head, Advocacy, Asia Pacific at CFA Institute, leading research and advocacy efforts that drive market integrity, investor protection, and industry professionalism.

Mary is a CFA Charterholder and a recognized thought leader in market integrity and investor protection.

As Chief Executive Officer, Janet drives the overall strategic direction and the sustainability of Community Business as a not-for-profit organization.

Prior to joining Community Business in 2019 as the Chief Operating Officer, Janet built a successful career as a senior leader covering a broad range of disciplines and functions including strategic business planning and performance, programme management and delivery, corporate governance, change management, organisational effectiveness and talent development. Originally from Brisbane, Australia, Janet is based in Hong Kong.

Janet believes an organization is only as strong as its people. She has helped teams get where they want to be by working with people, opening channels of communication, developing and retaining the right talent and ensuring an inclusive environment where creativity and collaboration can thrive.

With over 40 years work experience, Janet holds a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences through Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia, and an Advanced Diploma in Programme and Project Management. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, alumni of The Women’s Foundation Mentoring Programme of Hong Kong and a member of the 30% Club of Hong Kong Steering Committee.

Nana joined Impax in 2022 and is responsible for leading Impax’s sustainability and ESG
research and advocacies in Asia-Pacific. Nana researches, prioritizes and organizes ESG
engagements with Impax’s investee companies and regulators, manages external
sustainability and ESG-related inquiries, and assists in the ongoing development of the
Impax proprietary ESG-analysis and methodologies.
Prior to joining Impax, Nana worked as the Research and Project Director at the Asian
Corporate Governance Association (ACGA). At ACGA, Nana published five significant reports
relating to corporate governance research in Asia. Whilst there, she also presented to the
Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges and the Shenzhen Asset Management Association.
Since 2018, Nana has been the Chair of ACGA’s China working group, a role she continues to
fill today. Upon joining Impax, Nana remains a Specialist Consultant to ACGA.
Nana has spoken at international conferences hosted by a number of financial institutions
and international organisations including ACGA, ADB, AmCham, BritCham, CDP, CFA, CLSA,
Deutsche Bank, EMIA, Forbes, GRI, HSBC, ICGN, IEEFA, LSEG, Macquarie, Morgan Stanley,
OECD, PRI and Responsible Investor. She was also interviewed by many international media
including Bloomberg, CGTN (CCTV’s English Channel), Financial Times, Ignites Asia, The Asset

Nana sits on the Stakeholder Advisory Council of the International Auditing and Assurance
Standards Board (IAASB) and the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants
(IESBA), Financial Capital Committee of the International Corporate Governance Network
(ICGN), the ESG Committee of the Women in Finance Asia and the Caixin China ESG30
Forum. She is a member of the IFRS Sustainability Reference Group and also an instructor of
the Association of Stewardship Professionals (StePs).
Nana has an MBA from the University of Chicago (Honors), a Master of Finance from the

Jerome Yau is Chief Executive of AIDS Concern and Co-founder of Hong Kong Marriage Equality. Manisha serves as the Executive Director of HELP For Domestic Workers a Hong Kong based non-profit organization empowering migrant domestic workers to access their rights through education, advice, community and employer engagement. She is a registered Attorney at Law in Sri Lanka and holds a Master of Laws in Human Rights from the University of Hong Kong. Prior to coming to Hong Kong in 2013, Manisha worked for the UNICEF Child Protection & Juvenile Justice Programme and Save the Children Sri Lanka, building systems and processes to support child victims of abuse and juvenile offenders. In Hong Kong, Manisha worked at Christian Action and at Daly & Associates, specialising in the area of migrant worker rights and international labour law.

Outside of her role at HELP, Manisha serves as an Advisor to the Board of MindHK, a non-profit committed to improving awareness and understanding of mental health in Hong Kong and as a Member of the Executive Committee of the Amber Foundation EMpower Programme that provides support and training to Hong Kong ethnic minority women. She also served as a Mentor under the Women’s Foundation Mentoring Programme for Women Leaders. Among other awards Manisha was named a winner of the Tatler Magazine’s 2022 Inaugural Front & Female Award, and an awardee of the 2023 Tatler Gen.T List.

Piers Touzel has helped multinational clients identify, assess and manage EHS risks in China for over 17 years. He advises industrial clients, investors and financial institutions on the financial implications of sustainability challenges associated with the establishment of new facilities as well as acquisitions and divestitures. Fan is the Executive Director and General Manager of Lenovo Asia. Pacific Solutions and Services Group (SSG), managing business development and operations of SSG across all Asia Pacific markets.
Fan is responsible for leading Lenovo SSG’s growth in the Asia Pacific region. She spearheads the company’s transformation by delivering business success across smart verticals, attached services, managed services, and as-a-Service offerings, including DaaS and TruScale.

Since joining Lenovo in 2018, Fan has held key leadership positions in the region. Most recently,

Hong Kong and Macau, where she led strategy, planning, customer experience, and various strategic and transformational initiatives for the CAP region. In this role, Fan also drove sales and operations across all customer segments, covering solution portfolios across all business groups in the Hong Kong and Macau markets.

Fan brings over two decades of regional experience backed by exceptional business leadership.
Previously, she was the General Manager of Corporate Strategy at Telstra, Australia’s leading
telecommunications and technology company, where she played a critical role in leading the
company’s international strategy and steered community engagement as a Board Member and
Program Leader of Telstra Foundation Hong Kong.

She also worked as an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company in Hong Kong and
New York, managing mergers & acquisitions, and conducting strategic due diligence for leading
corporations in primarily the telecom and high-tech sectors.

Fan holds a bachelor’s degree in Global Business and Finance from Hong Kong University of
Science and Technology, where she was among the top 1% of graduates bestowed with the
Academic Achievement Medal, the highest academic honor by the university.

He is the Co-Head of the APAC Sustainable Finance Office, part of UBS’s Group Chief Sustainability Office, and it’s objective is to enable business divisions ESG capabilities and responsible for client engagements in transition, decarbonization and impact of emerging ClimateTech.

In his role he is responsible for implementing UBS’s client transition framework in APAC and support relationship managers in investment and financing client engagements including advising Family offices and UHNW on integrating and increasing Sustainability and Impact capital allocations

He represents the firms Net Zero strategy with regulators in the region and Co-chairs the cross agency capacity building working group in developing Sustainable Finance talent in Hong Kong. Tasos leads UBS's global Carbon Solutions efforts and represents the firms initiatives in Carbon forums and strategic initiatives including Carbonplace, a carbon credit settlement infrastructure platform developed by a consortium of financial institutions.

Karen Ho leads the market strategy and contributes to the development of Bloomberg’s Sustainable Finance solutions in APAC. Specialized in sustainable finance regulations and investment integration strategy, she helps customers to navigate Bloomberg’s comprehensive suite of ESG solutions, including data, scores, estimates, analytics, news, research, index, risk management and regulatory reporting solutions. Karen also serves as the APAC Specialist Sales D&I Co-champion to lead APAC-wide D&I initiatives in the regions.

Karen represents Bloomberg in multiple industry working groups, including Green and Sustainable Finance Cross-Agency Steering Group since 2022, SFC's Climate Change Technical Expert Group in 2020 in Hong Kong, and is an observer for the Australian Sustainable Finance Institute Taxonomy Technical Expert Group since 2023.

Throughout her tenure at Bloomberg, Karen led various equity research and ESG data teams in Hong Kong and London for over 10 years. Prior to her current role, Karen was the Senior Relationship Manager for asset owners and asset managers in Hong Kong.

Karen has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology and is an EFFAS Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA)®, with assurance and auditing experiences in EY and PwC.

Elaine joined the International Affairs and Sustainable Finance team at the Chief
Executive Officer's Office of the Securities and Futures Commission in June 2020. Elaine
leads the team’s work to support and coordinate the SFC’s efforts in sustainable finance
domestically and internationally with regulatory peers and key stakeholders.
Before her tenure with the Commission, she spent over eight years at MSCI Hong Kong
and accumulated a total of two decades of experience in the financial services sector with
private sector firms.
Throughout her professional journey, Elaine has specialized in investment risk
management, undertaking a variety of roles that span from product development to client
consulting and implementation.
In 2015, she transitioned into the ESG domain to spearhead MSCI ESG Research's business
development initiatives across Asia, excluding Japan.
Elaine is a graduate of Singapore Management University, where she obtained her M.Sc. in
Applied Finance, and the National University of Singapore, where she earned her B.Eng. in
Chemical.

Hannah Lee is Head of Asia Pacific ESG Equity Research which was ranked the No.1 ESG Research team in the 2024 and 2023 Institutional Investor surveys. Prior to this, Hannah held various roles at J.P. Morgan across Equity Sales and Research in both London and Hong Kong, having moved to J.P. Morgan in 2013 from the buy side. Hannah holds an MPhil in Environmental Policy from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Geography from Durham University and started her career at a sustainability think tank in London and Brussels.

Charles Bedford is Chief Impact Officer and Founder at Carbon Growth Partners (CGP), a leading global investment manager in carbon finance. He’s also a Professor at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Prior to CGP, he served as Regional Managing Director for The Nature Conservancy’s (TNC) Asia Pacific Region and in a variety of other conservation leadership positions. Based in Hong Kong, Charles has worked closely with leaders and local communities across Asia, the Pacific Islands, New Zealand and Australia to advance climate, marine, freshwater and land conservation projects that benefit people and nature. He has also focused on building the capacity amongst the region’s business and government leadership to address complicated conservation problems.

Prior to joining TNC, Charles served as director of the Colorado State Land Board, overseer of 3 million hectares of state lands, was Legal Counsel to Colorado Governor Roy Romer and practiced law with the firm of Kutak Rock. He graduated from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and holds a JD from the University of Colorado School of Law. He is a frequent commentator in the Asian press on conservation and climate issues, as well as the author of journal articles and a book on land tenure and conservation.

Hendrik is responsible for the Group’s sustainability-related strategy, reporting and communications. He supports the senior management in sustainability and climate change-related risk management and advises on sustainability matters of the Group’s power business in the Asia-Pacific region.
With more than 20 years of experience in sustainability and environmental management across the public, private and NGO sectors, Hendrik previously led research and consulting projects in Canada, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Hendrik currently sits on a number of committees on sustainability-related matters, including as Director of the International Emissions Trading Association (IETA), Steering Committee member of the Climate Governance Institute Hong Kong Chapter, and an advisory panel member for the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), amongst others.

Ortis Fan is an analyst for Bloomberg Intelligence, focusing on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) research. His research focuses on integrating material ESG factors into investment analysis for different sectors, as well as using ESG Scores to evaluate companies' exposures to ESG opportunities and risks. Prior to Bloomberg, Mr. Fan worked as an Equity Research analyst at Goldman Sachs, Nomura and J.P. Morgan, and as an Auditor at Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Mr. Fan earned a Bachelor Degree in Professional Accounting and Information System from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is also a Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA).

Catherine is a sustainability strategist with over 25 years of experience working for multinationals and start-ups across Asia in global marketing, new business development and management consulting roles, all through a sustainable impact lens. Her industry experience spans airlines, fashion & apparel, consumer electronics, NGO and ed-tech.

Most recently, Catherine was CEO and co-founder of MOTIF, an education platform for the apparel and textile supply chain offering curated learning content in critical areas such as ESG, sustainability and 3D transformation. She currently is Sustainable Growth Catalyst at B Purpose Bureau. She is also a Co-Chair of the Amcham Apparel, Footwear and Supply Chain Committee.

Prof. Veronique Lafon-Vinais is now dedicating herself full time to education and teaching as Associate Professor of Business Education, Department of Finance, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), where she teaches in the MBA/MSc programs as well as in the Undergraduate Programs, and professional training and consulting for the finance industry. She is the Executive Director, Career Development and Corporate Outreach for HKUST Business School, Co-Director of the BSc in Sustainable and Green Finance Program; Associate Director for the UG programs, Associate Director of the tri-degree World Bachelor in Business Program, and Associate Director of the Centre for Asian Financial Markets at HKUST and Project Director for the HKUST-NYU Stern MSc in Global Finance.

Prof. Lafon-Vinais is a seasoned market professional with over 20 years of banking and capital markets experience. She has worked in all the major financial markets: European markets (Paris, London, Madrid), North America (Chicago) and Asia (Hong Kong). She has extensive experience in all the major debt markets including loan syndications and assets sales (par and distressed debt), money markets, debt capital markets (including derivatives structured products distribution) and structured, trade and project finance. A seasoned loans and syndications specialist, Veronique developed the secondary market for loans at First Chicago in London and was involved in the development of the EMTN market at its inception. She arranged and syndicated plain vanilla and structured transactions in Europe, the US and Asia for sovereign, public and corporate entities including the Kingdom of Spain, Republic of Ireland, ICO, ARCO Chemicals, Sinopec, COSCO, Cathay Pacific, FECSA, Endesa, Motorola and numerous financial institutions. Veronique joined Credit Agricole in Paris in 1980 after graduating from HEC; she moved to First Chicago in London in 1984 then to Chicago in 1990; in 1991 Prof. Lafon-Vinais joined Union Investissements in Paris to work on various M&A and corporate finance advisory projects. Prof. Lafon-Vinais moved to Hong Kong in 1994 as Managing Director, Financial Markets, Asia Pacific for First Chicago. She joined Standard Chartered Bank plc as Head of Treasury Origination in 2000 and retired from banking in 2001.

Dr. David Gallacher is an environmental specialist with AECOM and has worked across the Asia region, primarily based in Hong Kong but also spending time in Shanghai, Delhi and Singapore.

He has an academic background in ecology and environmental management and possesses experience in a wide range of project types, including environmental planning, impact assessment and monitoring, nature-based solution design, sustainable urban planning, water-sensitive urban design and ESG Reporting.

David is currently the chairperson of the Hong Kong Institute of Environmental Impact Assessment and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Qualified Environmental Professionals.

Cora is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with a career spanning over 18 years both in private practice and in-house, where she has advised global clients on a broad range of complex asset management, capital market transactions and regulatory matters across the Asia-Pacific region and the US.

Prior to HM, Cora was the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at a multistrategy hedge fund where she was recognised on the Legal 500 GC Powerlist- Hong Kong 2023 and 2024. Before that, Cora was Associate Counsel at Hillhouse Capital and has also worked at Sidley Austin, Clifford Chance and JP Morgan.

Cora is a New York qualified lawyer and received her Master in Laws degree from The University of Pennsylvania, Juris Doctor from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and Bachelor’s degree from The University of Chicago. She also holds a certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute, an ESG reporting certification from the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and is an active member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors.

Joanne Hon joined Equinix in 2024 as Managing Director of Equinix Hong Kong, leading the
company’s business strategy in the market. She focuses on expanding the company’s capacity and
digital services to accelerate customers’ digital transformation.
Ms Hon brings to Equinix more than 25 years of extensive financial technology, investment,
insurance, legal and professional services experience in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to her role
at Equinix, she has held leadership positions at several publicly listed multinational companies and
private equity-backed technology firms, including Thomson Reuters, Mercer, Dealogic, CPA
Global and Broadridge.
Ms Hon holds a master’s degree in Financial Management from the University of London, and a
bachelor’s degree in Economics and Asian Studies from the University of British Columbia.

Stephen Suen is a United Kingdom chartered landscape architect and urban designer with 19 years of professional experience, ranging from master planning to detailed landscape and architectural design on international projects. He received his master’s degree in urban design from The Bartlett School of
Architecture of the University College London (UCL) in 2004 and he also has an undergraduate degree in Engineering with Business Finance from UCL.

As Design Director for AECOM’s Hong Kong Design Studio, Stephen’s diverse background in engineering and urban design has enabled him to lead multi-disciplinary teams on large scale development/regeneration projects with a strong focus on delivering compelling urban and landscape vision.

Stephen has worked on projects throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia, where his skills in leading multi-disciplinary teams have created highly innovative and sustainable design solutions.

Notable projects in the past include the London 2012 Olympic and Legacy Masterplan and Parkland Design; Education City in Doha; as well as the West Kowloon Cultural District, Tung Chung East (TCE) Landscape Masterplan and the award-winning Eco-shoreline along the TCE waterfront in Hong Kong.

Before‬‭ joining‬‭ Google,‬‭ Michael‬‭ held‬‭ senior‬‭ roles‬‭ at‬‭ a‬‭ number‬‭ of‬‭ leading‬‭ organizations‬‭ in‬‭ the‬‭ APAC‬‭ region,‬ including‬‭ Asia‬‭ Miles,‬‭ Caltex,‬‭ Cathay‬‭ Pacific‬‭ Airways,‬‭ the‬‭ HKSAR‬‭ Government,‬‭ Hutchison‬‭ eCommerce,‬ HKICPA,‬‭ Priceline,‬‭ SingTel,‬‭ and‬‭ Tradelink.‬‭ In‬‭ these‬‭ roles,‬‭ he‬‭ was‬‭ responsible‬‭ for‬‭ developing‬‭ and‬‭ managing‬ systems,‬‭ as‬‭ well‬‭ as‬‭ providing‬‭ strategic‬‭ advice‬‭ and‬‭ guidance.‬

Michael‬‭ holds‬‭ an‬‭ MBA‬‭ from‬‭ the‬‭ Australian‬‭ Graduate‬‭ School‬‭ of‬‭ Management.‬‭ He‬‭ is‬‭ also‬‭ a‬‭ founding‬‭ member‬ and‬‭ past‬‭ chairman‬‭ of‬‭ the‬‭ Cloud‬‭ Security‬‭ Alliance‬‭ Hong‬‭ Kong‬‭ and‬‭ Macau‬‭ Chapter,‬‭ and‬‭ a‬‭ past‬‭ president‬‭ of‬ ISACA‬‭ China‬‭ Hong‬‭ Kong‬‭ Chapter.‬
