Yesterday, we hosted a panel discussion on ChatGPT and its implications for business. We were pleased to have Fred Sheu, National Technology Officer, Microsoft, Michelle Chan, Prof Rong Zheng, and Jeremiah Palmerston, Ph.D. share their insights. The well-attended event attracted over 80 participants.

On Thursday morning, AmCham members met with Dane Cheng, Executive Director of Hong Kong Tourism Board where he shared the latest pulse of the tourism industry in light of full reopening.

On Tuesday evening, Future Leaders had an intimate discussion with AmCham President, Dr. Eden Woon, who shared with us his career journeys over the years, spanning different paths in academia, business, diplomacy, etc. This session was followed by a very lively Q&A.

The Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Mr Christopher Hui, attended meetings on "Strengthening GBA Sustainable Finance Collaboration" and "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Green Finance Cooperation" to exchange views with financial regulators and industry representatives in the Greater Bay Area on enhancing GBA co-operation in green and sustainable finance.
