With the intensifying cross-boundary economic interaction among Hong Kong, China Mainland and Macao, it is essential for foreign investors in Hong Kong to know more about and abide by the laws and regulations in the three places to ensure smooth business operation and enhance their competitive edge in the long run. In this connection, the Sharing Session for Cross-Boundary Entrepreneurs organised by the Hong Kong Ethics Development Centre (HKEDC) of the Independent Commission Against Corruption aims to introduce to participants the anti-corruption law in Hong Kong and raise their awareness on the relevant legislations in Mainland China and Macao through case studies approach.
Participants will also learn about corruption risks in cross-boundary operations and the corresponding corruption preventive measures. Skills in implementing ethical management and some practical DOs and DON'Ts will also be introduced. Content :
