Richard Price is Chief Executive Officer Asia Pacific for CBRE Global Investors based in Hong Kong and is responsible for the Firm’s business activities in Asia Pacific. Mr. Price chairs the regional Management Board and Investment Committee and leads a team of more than 100 people in six offices across the region. Mr. Price is also a member of the CBRE Global Investors Global Executive Committee and Global Investment Committee.
Mr. Price joined ING Real Estate (acquired by CBRE in 2011) in 1996 and was appointed to his current role in July 2008 having spent the previous four years as a Managing Director of ING Clarion, based in New York. Mr. Price has more than 20 years of commercial real estate investment experience in Asia, Europe and the United States.
Mr. Price holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Joint Honors in Chinese and Business Studies from the University of Leeds in the UK and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese. Mr. Price is a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute and serves as a Member of the Executive Board of The Asia Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles ('ANREV”).
