Hosted by the Human Capital Committee The competition for talent in Asia is well-documented. Increasingly Employee Benefits (EB) are being seen as one tool employers can use to retain their best people, and to demonstrate the impact this has on the company's bottom line. In his presentation Cedric will talk about some primary research AIA has done with Employers and Employees in Hong Kong and across Asia about the role benefits plays in their decisions and engagement, for companies ranging from MNCs to small businesses.
He will highlight employees' willingness to work together with their employers to ensure they and their families are provided for. You will hear Cedric's view on how Asia can learn from the US to unlock the EB opportunity – and also the pitfalls we need to avoid – as the insurance industry transforms from a focus on costs and utilization of healthcare to a more preventative and cost containment approach through Wellness and claims management programmes including AIA Vitality.
