Mei Mei Ng is the General Manager of LinkedIn Hong Kong Limited and Head of Talent Solutions for Hong Kong and Taiwan. She has over 20 years of experience in technology and education industry that span across Hong Kong as well as Asia Pacific. Before joining LinkedIn, she was the Managing Director of the Oxford University Press for Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. He leads the immigration practice in Hong Kong and provides advisory services for clients in relation to work visa application, Hong Kong and U.S. individual income tax matters, and other mobility related issues. Bruce also advises and develops practical solutions for clients relative to employment and remuneration structures (e.g. equity-based incentive plans, housing reimbursement schemes, etc.). In addition, Bruce assists various international and regional financial institutions in complying with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority’s requirements on sound remuneration systems and recommend enhancements to streamline HR operations.
Bruce is a Certified Tax Adviser and a member of the Hong Kong Taxation Institute. Bruce also is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant. He obtained his Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Hass School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley with the highest honour. He also obtained his Master in International and Commercial Law from the University of Greenwich.

Mukta is a Human Resources Professional with 26+ years of experience in multiple industries and locations in APAC.
Starting her career with Essar group in Mumbai, India, after completing Masters in Management Studies, she worked in Tata TD Waterhouse Securities/Tata TDW Asset Management, before joining Ogilvy and Mather as Talent Head for Mumbai, Advertising. In 2006, she joined Societe Generale in Mumbai as Head of HR for India and has been with them for the last 18+ years.
She worked in Hong Kong as Regional Head of Talent Development and Inclusion since 2010 and as Head of HR for SEA for Societe Generale in Singapore for 4 years, before being appointed as the CHRO for Societe Generale, APAC, now based in Hong Kong.
She is a Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by International Coaching Federation. She is also a Global Fellow in Talent Management by Wharton University and a Global Talent Management Leader with certification in Diversity and Inclusion, MBTI, FIRO B, Experiential Learning, HR Audit, Competency Mapping and Leadership Development.

Henry is an internationally experienced psychologist and executive coach, with a track record of successfully transforming CEOs and senior executives across Asia, Africa, Europe, the U.S. and Australia. His experience provides him with exceptional insights into the challenges of optimal human performance in a global context.
The various roles Henry has successfully assumed in his 25-year-long career – ranging from being a combat officer in the South African Defence Force to heading up global Selection for Standard Chartered Bank – have given him the ability to relate to people at all corporate levels and from all business sectors. His psychology training ensures added depth and understanding through the use of cutting-edge assessments and psychological approaches. She has a background as a trained architect and she brings more than 22+ years of experience from design as well as corporate real estate industries to serve her clients in the conversations of high performing workplaces.
Truddy connects business objectives and desired culture to workplace strategy. Her change management expertise helps organizations transform from traditional siloed work patterns to dynamic collaborative work experiences. Dr. Toa Charm is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in the innovation and technology industry. His expertise spans various domains, including AI/Big Data, FinTech, Corporate Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Digital Transformation. Dr. Charm has held senior management positions at Cyberport, HSBC, IBM, Oracle, Kingdee, and Jardine. He published his book titled "數碼力大提升" (Boost Your Digital Power) and a few international business cases. Dr. Charm received accolades such as the 2019 College of Business Distinguished Alumni Award and the 2018 Doctor of Business Administration Alumni Award from CityU HK.
Dr. Charm is actively involved in advising enterprises on digital transformation, data literacy empowerment, and data monetization strategies. Cynthia heads up the HR and Pensions practice and is also the head of Corporate Commercial of the Firm.

She has considerable experience in all labour-related matters (both contentious and non-contentious) and obtaining employment visas for expatriates and their families. She also advises on occupational retirement schemes and the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) and data privacy issues. Cynthia is also experienced in the setting up and advising on on-going requirements of companies limited by guarantee e.g. private clubs and non-profit organisations.

Cynthia regularly advises employers on drafting of employment contracts, reviewing employment related policies and handbooks, drafting of benefit compensation plans, advising on employment disputes, discrimination issues and privacy issues.

Andrew Cox is a Co-Founder, owner and Director of Joint Dynamics Ltd, Hong Kong. Rupert is Senior Managing Director for PageGroup’s Greater China business.
After graduating, Rupert spent five years in technical and commercial positions in the industrial sector. On joining Michael Page in the UK, Rupert was responsible for setting up our industrial practices, relocating to China in 2011.

disorders. Sylvia has been the Chairperson of the Hong Kong Dietitians Association (HKDA) from
2007 to 2019, the External Affair Officer of HKDA in 2019 to 2021, actively promoting Hong Kong’s
dietitian profession. Currently, she is the Chairperson of the Professional Council of the Hong Kong
Academy of Accredited Dietitians (HKAAD), the country representative of Hong Kong of the
