Born and raised in Hong Kong, Norma Chu turned her passion for cooking into business. After a successful banking career, she started DayDayCook in 2012 and brought it to Shanghai, China, in 2015.
Under her leadership, DayDayCook is now the largest cooking and lifestyle content platform in China with 80 million active viewers and 5 million paid customers as well as four experience centers nationwide.
Norma has raised over US$65 million venture funding for DayDayCook from investors including AlibabaEntrepreneurs Fund, K11 Investments, Ironfire Capital, and 500startup.
DayDayCook has a vision to satisfy today’s young female gen z consumers who aspire better lifestyle by providing a modern 360-degree cooking experience to them.
With the achievement acquired, Norma was featured in Apple Store’s Cover Story in March 2020. She was named as China New Media Top 100 people in 2016. She was also named as one of CY Zone’s Most Notable Female Entrepreneurs for 3 consecutive years in 2017-2019. Recently, Norma is being awarded to the Outstanding ICT Women Awards 2020: Women Entrepreneur Category and JESSICA Most Successful Women Award 2020 – Digital Women.
Norma is the cofounder of FoundersHK, president of Greater Bay Young Entrepreneurship Association and the founder of Good Food Movement, a charity organization providing genuine inspiration about healthy food source. She is also a board member of YPO North Asia Regional and Executive Member of Hong Kong Shanghai Youth Association.
Norma was the Head of Research of HSBC Private Bank from 2010-2012. She received her Bachelor of Artsdegree in the University of Washington.

Jenny is the Asia Regional Director for IFPI, the organisation that represents the recorded music industry worldwide. Jenny heads up IFPI’s regional office in Hong Kong, coordinating the work of its representative office in Beijing, as well as its national groups across the Asia Pacific region and oversees IFPI’s work in the region in the areas of legal and policy engagement, licensing operations, content protection, market analysis, and charts and certification.

Prior to joining IFPI, Jenny spent over 15 years in the film and TV industry, between both legal and public policy roles covering the Asia Pacific region. Most recently, she was VP Legal Affairs at Universal Pictures, Greater China, after spending 5 years as Executive Director, Public Policy (Asia Pacific) at WarnerMedia (formerly known as Time Warner) and over a decade as Exective Director, Business & Legal Affairs (Asia Pacific) at Disney.

Jenny started serving as Vice Chair of the IP Committee at AmCham in 2013 and became Co-Chair in 2014. Jenny joined the Board of Governors in 2016.

Jenny received her Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Canada and is admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada. Jenny is a mother of 2 active boys and an avid amateur sports photographer.

Karena Belin, CEO of WHub and COO/CFO/RO of AngelHub, is passionate about technology & innovation and helping startups succeed. She successfully cofounded WHub and AngelHub with her associate Karen Contet. Together they are on a mission to empower startups to drive wealth and economic growth and foster the growth of the tech & innovation ecosystem.

Since 2013, Karena has been a leader in the global start- up scene and a pillar of the Hong Kong ecosystem. In addition, Karena holds a double diploma in business and administration from the University of Mannheim and the MBA business school ESSEC in Paris. She has extensive background in business and financial planning, business acquisition and integration.

Kristen is the Director of Apple Retail. She joined Apple in 2003 in Apple Retail in New York. She help lead the US team through thoughtful expansion and growth before turning her attention overseas. She has over 25 years as a retailer focused on both the customer and employee experience.

Kristen held various roles across Apple both in the US and internationally. She was the head of technical services in EMEIA and helped Apple expand into China as a Director of Retail Strategy in Shanghai. Currently she leads a team of 2000+ team members across Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan supporting the customer experience, sales, service, operations, creative engagement and leadership development.

Kristen supports Inclusion and Diversity as an executive sponsor for the diversity networks at Apple.

Ms. Relena Sei graduated from New York University and completed her Juris Doctor at Harvard Law School. Relena served as the Interim Chief Operating Officer of New York Silent Models LLC prior to joining Latham and Watkins, one of the world's leading law firms. Relena is experienced in mergers and acquisition, initial public offerings and debt offerings. She is also experienced in real estate, and is a partner at Lionpride, a real estate developer in the Philippines focused on mixed-use high-rise residential projects. Relena is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Jumpstart Media Limited, which is a major startup-ecosystem builder in Hong Kong. Jumpstart's mission is to "Make Innovation Matter".

David Butts is President Asia Pacific & Group Executive Vice President of the multinational, Hong Kong listed Techtronic Industries Co. Ltd, the fastest-growing and largest cordless battery powered tool and equipment business with a world-class portfolio of brands such as Milwaukee, Ryobi, Hart, and Hoover. He reports directly to the CEO and oversees several commercial business units and Corporate functional areas. His global experience covers business development, sales and marketing, product development and engineering, and general management. He has held a progression of leadership roles working for TTI, Emerson Electric and Bosch across geographies of North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. He is a board member of a joint venture between TTI and a large German multinational. He regularly attends the TTI main Board Meetings, sits on several operating Boards for TTI and leads the Corporate Communications which regularly interfaces with the Board and Investor Relations. He is a long serving member of the American Chamber in Hong Kong and regularly participates with the Innovation and Technology Committee. Mr. Butts is a graduate of Georgetown University earning a Master of Business Administration, concreting on International Business. Prior to attending Georgetown, he earned a Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Engineering in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering at Cornell University.

Linda Csellak currently divides her time between advising and investing in small cap and startup companies, mentoring and serving on boards. Her institutional investment career has spanned 30 years and includes tenures at Credit Agricole Asset Management, two hedge funds and most recently, Manulife Investment Management. In these roles, she primarily managed Asian regional small cap equity funds, concentrating on the technology, healthcare and consumer sectors in addition to managing investment teams. She finds backing well-managed, innovative companies early in their life cycle to be the most rewarding experience.

Passionate about female empowerment, Linda has been active as a mentor in The Women’s Foundation Mentoring Program for Female Leaders and, more recently, as a role model for Inspiring Girls, an international charity which inspires and empowers the next generation of women.

A twenty-six-year resident of Hong Kong, Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, Phi Beta Kappa, from the College of William and Mary in Virginia. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.

Gregory has been successfully leading multiple categories at Logitech since 2013, such as desktop speakers and Enterprise Headsets. He drove turnaround for these categories through product innovations, P&L management, and Go-To-Market Strategies. Prior to that, he was the Managing Director of a Marine Electronics Equipments Manufacturer in Sweden where he had full P&L responsibility, which he successfully turned around leading to a sale to market leader brand Garmin Ltd.

As a strategy and Board advisor, Todd Bryan helps companies transform through new business models and digital strategies. His experience spans Software, Digital Media, Networking Hardware, Consumer Electronics and Durables, Industrial Goods, and Telecommunications.
Previously, Todd has held leadership positions on corporate strategy teams at Philips Lighting, Adobe Systems, and Cisco Systems. Todd was also a strategy consultant with BCG in San Francisco, and an equity analyst with Morgan Stanley in Singapore.
Todd earned a BS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MS from the University of California at Berkeley, and an MBA from the Kellogg (Northwestern University).

Based in Hong Kong, Ming Lai Cheung works as Manager for Illicit Trade Prevention – Asia at Philip Morris International. Among her many responsibilities, she is tasked to devise and execute strategies against illicit trade in selected markets in Asia Pacific which include engaging relevant stakeholders in business and the wider community to bring about legislative and regulatory changes in governments and law enforcement. She has a research interest in terrorism, organized crimes, and human trafficking.

Ming Lai established and chairs the Shadow Economy Sub-Committee (SESC) within the Trade and Investment Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong (AmCham), leading a team of experts in three areas: Financial Crimes and Anti-Money Laundering, Trade Technology, and Intellectual Property Rights Protection and Enforcement to address illicit trade issues in the region.

Ming Lai volunteers as a Charities Reporter for the American Women’s Association (AWA) magazine AWAre and researches, interviews and writes about community projects in Hong Kong. Further, she serves as a Director and Company Secretary for C3 Church Hong Kong providing strategic direction and governance, and overseeing its external relations and charity programs.

Ming Lai was formerly a Director of Government Relations and Public Affairs at AmCham. She is a qualified lawyer of the New South Wales Supreme Court, Australia. She holds a Master of International Law from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Government & Public Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
